UKG Workforce Ready (Kronos) is our HR system that includes: electronic timekeeping, employee self-service, and much more!

UKG Workforce Ready Mobile App:

Logging In/Clocking In:

Username = First initial first name, last name (i.e. JSmith)
Password = 8 characters with cap, number & symbol
You will be required to verify your identity the first time you log into a new device. Check the box if you do not wish to verify every time you log in!
You MUST log in every 30 days to keep your account active
If you get locked out of your account, contact your supervisor
To clock in, simply enter username/password and "clock in/out"
If you have multiple job positions, your primary position will be the standard "clock in/out" - to clock into your secondary position(s) click "change primary position" and that will clock you in or give you options of other job positions

Accessing Pay Statements:

W2 Electronic Consent:

To sign up to receive your W2 electronically, click MY HR, FORMS, GOVERNMENT FORMS, W2s and click the blue button that says ELECTRONIC CONSENT at the top right.
To access your finalized W2, go to MY HR, FORMS, GOVERNMENT FORMS, W2s and your W2 will be available when the previous year has finalized for payroll processing.
