Your membership allows you access to all YMCA of the Fox Cities locations as well as access to Y’s Nationwide! With so many locations throughout the Fox Valley, you can get in a lunch hour work out without having to travel far, or enjoy family time at your neighborhood Y. Our members make the Y a special place, and we can't wait to see you!

*Two adults and their dependents (children through age 25) living together in one household. A maximum of 2 additional adults can be included in the membership at the additional cost of $10 per person. (Adults must be residing at the same address and will need to provide proof of the address.)

Joiner Fee
A joiner fee of $75 for Adult & Family Membership and $25 for Youth & Young Adult Membership is applied to all new memberships and is payable at the start of membership.
Methods of Payment
Benefits of Monthly Draft
Our monthly draft system is a flexible and convenient way to pay for your Y membership. Upon joining the Y, the joiner's fee and the first month's draft are due. With your authorization, an automatic monthly withdrawal will be made from your checking/saving account or credit/debit card starting the next month. A voided check is required upon joining with bank draft. Monthly drafted memberships continue indefinitely.
Annual Payment
You may pay in full for 12 months at a time by credit card, personal check or cash. There are no refunds on annual membership paid in full.
