HEALTH & SAFETY

The Health and safety of our campers and staff is always a priority in our camp community. During this unprecedented time, it is more important than ever to do everything we can to minimize the spread of illness and ensure our campers have the camp experience they have come to expect at Camp Nan A Bo Sho.

Please spend time reading through our 2021 Policies & Procedures to ensure you and your camper are prepared for a great camp experience.

A Healthy Camp Starts at Home:  Before you arrive there are some important steps we are asking you and your camper to take to ensure they are as healthy as possible. This process starts 14 days before arrival and includes some home monitoring with a 14-Day Pre-Camp Health Screening. This document must be turned in upon arrival at the bus stop or drop off at camp.

Camper Arrival and Departure Procedures have been updated to include practices that ensure social distancing and a health screening upon arrival. This process will slow things down a bit, become familiar with the new procedures and please be patient with our camp staff during this time.

When travelling via bus to/from camp or in one of our camp vehicles to a wilderness trip or field trip location, there will be some additional health and safety practices to follow. All passengers will be required to wear a face mask for the duration of the trip.

Once your camper arrives at camp there will be many new policies and practices implemented that will need to be followed. Please read through these carefully and make sure your camper understands their part in following these new guidelines. The camp counselors are well trained and will remind campers as needed.

We know there may be some additional questions about Camp Nan A Bo Sho’s summer 2021 operation. If you can’t find the answer you are looking for, please contact by Email.
